Terms and Conditions.
1. The Dyson Raffle is open to all persons aged eighteen and over excluding Dyson GmbH and Amazing Concepts and Amazing Dusseldorf (Promoter) employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
2. By ordering a newsletter for the Dyson Raffle, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
3. Newsletters can only be requested and received online. Your registration will be entered automatically into the Dyson Raffle after completion of your contact details and newsletter-order.
4. The winner will be the person whose name is chosen at the blind draw. The decision of the selection team will be final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into with any individual except to notify a win.
5.By accepting these terms and conditions and ordering a newsletter online, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of participating in a raffle. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant participating in the Dyson Raffle unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave the Dyson Raffle page and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
6. The Dyson Raffle winner will be notified via the email address given in the contact details within fourteen days of the closing date of the Dyson Raffle.
7. The Dyson Raffle winner will be required to send via fax, mail or email a copy of the winning notice and his/her full postal address to Amazing Concepts and to confirm his/her identity and legal age by sending the relevant page of his/her passport or driving license or national identity card in the same way. Following receipt and verification of the details mentioned above, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.
8. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the irrevocable right to use the prize winner's name as supplied during registration for promotional purposes immediately after his/her win, unless prohibited by law.
9. The right to take any legal action is excluded. The Promoter will not accept any claim regarding the winning prize. The Dyson Raffle is governed by German laws. The Courts of Düsseldorf have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter will be used by the Promoter to administer the competition.
